I know its some time till you guys posted wozber here: I just want to say that I used a lot of different types of resume builders etc. but wozber really did it right. The design is beautiful .. not tooo customizable, but also not too stiff! The workflow is great. The targeting feature is really awesome (even if i think, that your database is still not perfect in terms of choosing the right kind of words). I pretty much completely do my application process in wozber and rely on it on a daily basis. Small feedback: 1. Make it possible to organize the produced cvs a little bit better. 2. Put some improvements in the targeting feature. Let me myself choose the right action words (u could probably also use that as a crowdsourcing way to feed your machine learning algorithm). Have a database of important skills and soft-skills that are not mentioned in this exact jobprofile, but are generally mentioned very often in similar ones. Ty for this great product! It really improved my life! I wish you a succesful time!

Hello, friends! It's been almost four years since the first line of code of Wozber was written. And now, after working on this product for so long, we're super excited to share it with you! Back to the days of 2013 when I finished the university, I was unable to land a job using a standard European CV. After looking for ways to increase my chances, I ended up spending the whole month researching and improving my resume knowledge. To restart job search, I picked up top 10 companies that I found most interesting. I rewrote my generic CV to each one of them as a targeted resume and cover letter, highlighting experience and skills that companies were looking for. It was a troublesome process but totally worth it. Within a week after sending out my updated job applications, eight from ten companies invited me for a talk. Six of them offered me a job. And finally, I started working at my chosen company. After sharing my experience with colleagues and friends, I realized that too many of talented people have the skills but don't know the right way to communicate them to the employer, as a result missing excellent opportunities just as I once did. This is simply wrong, so Wozber was born to change that. The job hunt can be hard if you don't know how to do things right. Wozber solves this problem by giving you the simple process of writing a resume and cover letter, using the best practices we have gathered from the career experts and successful job seekers worldwide. We're the team of only two guys, yet thinking big and striving to deliver people the best possible solutions. This is the second version of Wozber we just launched. Currently, we're focusing on a single page resume, but we're going to introduce the way to write an unlimited length CV as well, with many other great features to make the job hunt easier. Pros:

A great tool for someone who's on the job hunt and is looking to adequately address requirements for the job.

Cons:

Still in early stages... but shows great promise:)
