Nice one! A question - assuming the chatbot is trained on a lot of internal data from Jira, is there any security risk of someone external getting access to things like product roadmap? :) Or do you protect against it somehow?
@hey_its_kas thanks for your support Kas and your question! Each customer's data are separated from the other customers' data. Our chatbot has access only to your data. So info retrieval is based on each company's knowledge base, and with the help of chatGPT we find answers based on this customer's data. Hence they cannot be disclosed or manipulated. Moreover, we don't share all data with OpenAI, just the info that is needed for the specific query. In the future, we will also have our self-hosted LLMs for added security and privacy.

@gusoliveira_ thanks so much for your support! and for your questions! so, in terms of integration, we have our Gaspar AI chatbot to integrate with Teams and Slack exactly for the reason you say - this one is specifically for Jira SM. As for more complex questions, if they can't be automatically solved, the user fills in a very simple form right on the platform and it is routed to the right agent. Then following up the process is very easy, it just happens on the platform!
