I might be disproportionately excited about this, but this made my day! Two of my favorite automation tools automating each other? Oh man...

Hey Product Hunt! We're big fans of Alfred at Zapier (👋 @vero), and wanted a quick way to run Zapier workflows from Alfred. So, with Zapier's webhooks integration and a bit of bash, we put together this Zapier for Alfred workflow. Now you can add data to 750+ web apps—from Salesforce to Airtable to Gmail to Stripe—or search inside the apps right from Alfred. You can even build whole workflows to kick off a project just with one Alfred command. We're already using it to: - Add a contact to your mailing list by pasting their email into Alfred—and unsubscribe people the same way - Add new tasks, gift ideas, and more to your Trello or Todoist to-do lists, Basecamp or Asana projects, or a Google Sheets spreadsheet or Airtable database from Alfred - Lookup someone's details with Clearbit, save them to your Evernote notebook, update their details in Salesforce, and start a draft Gmail email to that person all from Alfred - Log completed tasks to I Done This - Start a timer, and get a Pushbullet or SMS notification when it's finished - Create new Google Calendar events and much more. It's like our Push for Zapier Chrome extension (https://www.producthunt.com/post...), but in Alfred so it's only a keyboard shortcut away. Can't wait to see how you use it!

@maguay the examples are helpful. Sometimes I read Maker posts here and still don't know what to make of their software
