Cilantro, the Toronto Maple Leafs, and story point Estimation. There are few things in this world that have the ability to provoke such a strong and definitive response from even the most pacifist of people. While I’m not here to talk herbs or hockey (although for the record I love cilantro and hate the Leafs), I am here to talk story point estimation. Estimation, when used correctly, can be a powerful tool for planning, tracking, and improving. The challenges that many teams face is around the process of assigning story points - refinement meetings can be disruptive, unproductive, and difficult for remote teams. This is very well designed. It should make planning poker much easier for remote workers. I am also very excited to see if it would allow making a part of the planning process asynchronous. Great job!
