This looks really good, congrats on all the progress! Would love to learn more about the new Zenkit design framework that you mentioned. Is this something that's publicly available or just a better way for your team to build consistent experiences across platforms?

PROS: - much more flexible & featureful than Trello out of the box. Trello requires a plugin for just about everything, which is inconvenient; this is a more of a one stop hub experience! - calendar integration, different views (table, kanban, list) - Filtered views - embeddable collections (you can share them on your website..) CONS: - no global view across projects yet. It would be amazing to be able to filter and view everything in one view to update/cross/delete items. Similar to this: - API docs/API stuff in general is lacking. You need to use Zapier and a combination of other services. I dislike this model of having to integrate too many 3rd parties (sometimes it makes sense). If Zenkit had API docs & experience similar to Airtable (auto generated docs based on your data), they would crush the competition: - slower than Trello & not as fast. Under the hood, it looks like they're still using AngularJS v1 (looked at Chrome dev tools) to build their frontend application. Inherently, this is going to be much slower than if they used a modern version of their javascript framework or another framework so they can take advantage of the build time optimizations like treeshaking (dead code), faster UI updates (angular 1 change detection mechanism is significantly slower than what's available now) and lazily loading modules, among many other things that could be improved. I used to work with Angular 1, so I know a bit about these and have worked on highly performant frontend UI's.. Feel free to reach out to me directly on twitter or here too. Love the redesign! Makes the interface so much better. Before it was lacking some contrast - it’s been a gray/white soup with some desaturated colors.

Pros:

Flexibility, having the right visualization for different contexts. This makes Zenkit the swiss army knife of productivity tools.

Cons:

Takes a while to see the advantages, once you learned how to leverage the different modes, it’s super easy and effective to use though.

And I love a mobile screenshot with Eyelet 🙂 Just some hints about your live demo that you might consider reasonable: When you provide a demo on your site, add "Live demo - click to play" button, so everybody can scroll down and understand that it's not a regular screenshot. Also I can't click Public button that seems to be clickable.

I love Zenkit. At first sight, it looks like an easy to use tool but if you have worked with it for a while it's getting better every minute. It got so many features and possibilities for your business.

The API gives me a lot of control over the issues and tasks I love being able to create items on a mindmap, and switch to Kanban, then action them with a Eisenhower matrix.

Zenkit is really intuitive and offer a lot of functionalities. You can adapt Zenkit to your way of working unlike many others trello like tools.

The Zenkit product is, in my opinion, THE leader in this 'getting work done collaboratively' world. I work for a large company which is moving forward with AGILE techniques so Kanban and concept maps thinking are comfortable here. However, the corp standard is not as nimble as Zenkit, so I still find myself leaning on it in order to run my strategies and tasks without leaving anything behind. The move toward being Microsoft-friendly is huge! Thank you. Keep up the great work.

The published collections feature sounds really cool but I have a few privacy concerns... Can there be an option to require a password?

We tried many different tools and Zenkit was the only one, that offered all the features we needed for our organization.

It needed some time for us to get to know and understand all the possibilities.
