HSBC launched a money transfer app… Will they be able to stand out from the competition (Wise, Revolut, etc)?

Interesting, and definitely add some credit if it is backed by a major bank. Unfortunately, it is available in the UK only. Country-specific products should be differentiated in the product hunt or at least tagged. So even though a good product could be anywhere in the world, which I like and could inspired by, how far I can go with that product should somehow be defined before hand.

Sounds like Zing is the go-to app for all things international money! Have you tried it out yet? I'm curious to hear about your experience with it.

Will be interesting to see how this evolves. HSBC, while at Germany not a big brand, is very active all around the world and covering some emerging markets which are in need of Apps like this.

2C: Wise. 2B: Airwallex. 2C is more price-sensitive. People will churn and switch if you offer better prices: FX rate and payment fee. 2B needs both better pricing and user experience.
