@ihuzaifashoukat Hello! Cliq has always been designed to enhance team collaboration and interaction. Even before the 6.0 update, we offered both single and multi-team channels, allowing team members to communicate seamlessly. These channels aren’t limited to text; they also support hosting meetings, fostering dynamic engagement. Understanding teammate availability is crucial in any workplace. Our remote work dashboard simplifies this by grouping employees based on their presence, making it easier to see who’s available. We’ve now taken it a step further with the introduction of probable work hours, giving a clearer picture of each person’s general availability. Custom roles add another layer of flexibility, making delegation straightforward. For example, team admins have the authority to approve the creation of open channels, empowering teams to organize efficiently. In addition to these features, we’ve made significant UX enhancements: a richer text editor, the ability to set reminders for channels or teammates to keep tasks on track, and custom shortcuts for quick access to frequent chats or dashboards. All of these improvements come together to create a more streamlined and effective collaborative experience.

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to share this here. 1) Remote work : We support a comprehensive dashboard which provides a holistic view of the availability of employees, current meetings in addition to the ability to check in/out. This was launched back in 2020. Teams doesn't support this. https://www.producthunt.com/prod... 2) Deeper integrations with Zoho apps : Cliq integrates deeper with other tools within the Zoho ecosystem. To cite a few, listing data from HRMS (Zoho People) when looking up user details, to your Cliq status being updated to "In a call", when a support rep attends a customer call through their Cloud pbx (Zoho Voice), to instant notifications when a task in Zoho Projects is created/closed. The list goes on. 3) Customisation across modules : Cliq is much more customisable. With customisations, we don't merely let users switch colours; we let admins customise the tool for their employees. A custom app could be deployed and listed as one of the navigation options at the bottom bar within our mobile apps; a custom meeting background could be set and deployed across meetings of the organisation, specific users could be turned on/off for users of a specific role, certain ways of interaction can also be restricted. The level of customisation we allow differentiates us from teams. 4) More productive collaboration : Our multisheet view helps collaborate across multiple chats simultaneously; the number of chats which can be opened at the same time increases as per the screen resolution (We've seen people open 3 chats at the same time in their laptops; but 6 in their monitors). 5) Higher Storage limits and more efficient pricing : With majority of the meetings being recorded and increasing file sizes, increased storage limits becomes essential. We offer upto 100 gb per user in the paid plans; an org with 10 users could have upto 1 tb of storage and storage limits for larger orgs increases exponentially as per their license count.
