Please expound on the ”for three months” section. Does that mean the $3.49 I will pay last for 3 months and then the 4th month I will be charged another $3.49 or is it $3.49 every month?

This means you'll end up paying USD 3.49/month for the first three months from the date of purchase and USD 6.99/month from there on. This offer ends on 4th of July.
