Department View: Department view gives you a comprehensive view of your team's activities. Just like you walk into the office, walk past your teammates and their workspace, and know with a glance who’s available or busy in a discussion. Quick status switcher - Keep the team updated on what you are up to, be it a short break (or) you are deeply engaged with work! Auto Status Updates: You'll easily know when a team member is on a call. The remote work view also shows if the user is busy in a Cliq call. Live Feed: Live video feed helps you mark your telepresence. You can enable the live video feed option so you can see one another, and feel like you’re all working together, even when you’re miles away. Group Calls: Talking face-to-face might be better than a message. Use the group call button to pull in stakeholders and get the conversation going! Contextual Native Integrations: Contextual native integrations help break down information silos. Cliq’s integration across different Zoho Apps makes it all the more easier to take action on URLs and work items right from the chat window! Availability Reports: Organization admins will be able to view the summary reports of user availability, their total work hours and more. Scheduled Meetings: Scheduled meetings are completely managed by Zia, the meeting orchestrator. Everything from meeting invites to reminders are posted by Zia in a chat created with all meeting invitees. Guest Chat: Bring your guests inside Cliq. Communicate and collaborate with vendors, clients and external users easily. How do you make sure people actually update their status? Most collaboration tools have a status feature (with automation), yet asking this question is still needed. Curious how are you tackling it differently?

I already loved Cliq, because of it's commands, bots, etc but with RemoteWork there's now one additional reason to use it! There's also there dev team that is great and supportive. One other thing I like a lot it's the fact that they are always improving Cliq very fast. There are a few minor features I would like to see in Cliq that aren't yet available, but I know that the team is working on them. It's important to know that the product you select is going in the right direction and keeps improving. Thanks @Cliq team.

We at Jambav use Zoho Cliq on a day-to-day basis to stay connected and collaborate with our 200+ team members. The recently released Remote work features have enhanced our remote work culture. Zoho Cliq's integration with other Zoho's suite of products has made our transition to remote work seamless. With its robust features like Video or Voice calling, Primetime to deliver presentations, Cliq Bots, etc. we never felt like we have been working away from the office. @zohocliq is easy to use and provides the organization the much-needed tools to stay connected during these times.

Love Zoho Cliq. Such a great communications tool for employers and customers

I understand the concept of checking in, but honestly I think people will forget to check in and check out, how will you solve for people forgetting to check in or check out? I understand the telepresence concept, just like being in the same office where anyone can popup/standup over their table and see if someone is around. Great idea!

Is a very good product, is more that just a message system, is an assistant

I think is a very good solution to colaborate, to share information in real-time, and specially to inform that everybody is on work, or in lunch or coffee time. Maybe you guys can add a self-configuration button to add some other reasons to be out of work time (not lunch or coffee time only); and a very important issue to improve, to record the activitie of the computer of the co worker, programs used, etc; i think it is less invasive than a camera. We are very happy with cliq! the call conference is going much better quality!
