Zones - Simplify keeping track time in multiple cities

Keeping track of different time zones can be challenging. Zones simplifies that with an easy to use interface that lets you reference time in multiple cities, schedule calendar events, and setup reminders for specific times in other time zones.

Hi Everyone, This is Vidit, I am the designer and developer behind Zones: Time Zone Conversion. Zones is an ideal app for distributed teams, and people who have friends and family around the world. It enables people to: Reference multiple time zones with ease. So people are saved from the complex mental math of converting time zones, or the need to keep track of daylight saving changes. Schedule in-app reminders for specific times in different cities. Want a reminder for your friend’s birthday when it’s midnight their time? You can set a reminder in Zones for that! Schedule calendar events right from the app, with a reference to overlapping times, so people can easily schedule meetings when its day time for everyone in their teams. —— Menu Bar App: On the Mac, Zones offers a Menu Bar app which is a quick way to access key Zones features right from the system’s menu bar. iCloud Sync: Zones also offers iCloud Sync, so cities you add on one device show up on all of them. Zones is be available on iOS and macOS and is designed to work natively on both platforms. —- Upcoming Updates for iOS 16: With the upcoming iOS 16 release we plan to add Weather support to the app. @chrismessina Thanks for hunting the app!

This looks great!
I absolutely love this! My team is remote across 9 countries all over the world. Currently I rely on the tiny timezones widget on Google Calendar. This gives me so much more option and means I don't need to open Google Calendar every time I talk to someone about doing something at a certain time. Great launch @viditb

I dig the app so far, and I'm glad to have paid for it. I work with resources in four different time zones, so I expect it to be helpful. I especially like the scrubber, so I can jump time to later in the day & quickly see the impact. Some feedback: * When I visit your website, it says "Pre-order from the App Store", but you can actually buy it now (e.g. no pre-order is available) * It would be helpful to include the concept of working hours. For example, my India team works a schedule that partially overlaps with part of the US team (CST) but not others (PST). It would be nice to see alerts or indicators in the app that show when I'm attempting to find a meeting time that ends up not being compatible. * The city search needs to be more-detailed. For example, my India team is in Pune, but it doesn't come back in the search; I then tried searching for India, and nothing was returned. I eventually had to hunt-and-peck for an Indian city to come up, select it, then rename it.
