ZooTools Panda is the easiest way to collect leads and build your audience. Create viral waitlists, gamified competitions, referral programs and more. Join 7,000+ happy marketers.
👋Hey PH! It’s Jorge, an indie maker building ZooTools Panda. Happy to be back after 2 years!
:: Problem ::
I was tired of Google forms, Typeform, and Airtable as a way to collect leads and create waitlists or competitions, they have no built-in referrals or engagement features. On top, existing referral tools are not easy to use with outdated designs.
:: Solution ::
We built ZooTools Panda, the easiest referral marketing tool to create waitlists and gamified competitions: Easy to use, powerful, and loved by 7,000+ marketers (and its developers!).
Our claim? Let your users be your sales team!
:: Value ::
* 🚀 Launch waitlists, newsletters, gamified competitions, leaderboards, referrals, e-commerce drops, web3, and NFTs campaigns. Anything you can imagine (and if not, we’ll build it!)
* ✳️ Get 10x more leads with word of mouth thanks to our signup forms with built-in referrals
* 📊Track referrals with analytics (coming soon) – Know your top users and reward them.
* 🤖Automate your marketing with API and Webhooks.
:: Discount ::
We’re dropping an exclusive 20% discount for the ProductHunt community (PH20) for a whole year to reward your support. The discount will expire in the next 2 weeks, so act fast.
I’d love to hear your feedback, ideas, and questions. Let’s grow your business together.
I have used a few other virality waitlist tools. But this one looks really solid and love the UI. Great stuff guys. Will definitely use it at some point.
Congrats on the launch!
Liking the landing page and the very crips value proposition ✅.
The product looks like a very elegant way to tackle the issue around how to turn your users/subscribers into fans and evangelists of your product and service!
What is the most common use case for your product?
@ed_forson Thanks! Love what you wrote "turn your users/subscribers into fans and evangelists of your product and service!"
The main use case is:
- Waitlists (get an early audience)
- Feature launches (hype upcoming features)
- Newsletters.
- Web3 (new products / NFTs)
- Competitions.
- AI/ML products
Which other use cases do you see ZooTools Panda excelling?
@jgferreiro Great use cases. I think you can go a long way with these only. In the future it could make sense for you to help companies do in-app referrals too.
I cannot wait to start using ZooTools Panda and new ZooTools products as growth engine. ❤️
@jgferreiro Brother, congratulations on this launch. I admire you and your team a lot. 👏
@_jorgesanz damn Jorge! you have been following the journey a lot, and getting your support means the world. I'm excited to see you using ZooTools. What kinds of use cases do you think ZooTools can help you the most? Any growth challenges u are facing?
Congratulations on releasing ZooTools Panda! Such a great tool for collecting leads and growing your audience. Can't wait to see what amazing opportunities it will bring!
Jorge is amazing.
Last December I was launching an NFT project for charity and the allowlist I implemented got spammed/attacked by bots and people who found vulnerabilities.
A friend recommended me asking Jorge for help. Jorge jumped on a call with me, and showed me how good he is as security.
During that call he solved all my problems and also gave me a sneak peek of ZooTools’s features.
I was blown away.
I can’t recommend it enough.
If you’re looking to improve your marketing performance, seriously, give this a try: you will find amazing superpowers in the 🐼, 🐯 and all the ZooTools!!
@dennis_xing Yeah buddy! f**g ads and other type of campaigns. Letting your users do your marketing is such as powerful think and saves you so much money.
As a solo creator, I've had a chance to try out ZooTools, and it is mind blowing and awesome. The simplicity, design and ease of use is exactly what I need for my business.
Definitely recommend if you're into getting leads, growing a newsletter, or growing a community on the internet.
Great work here @jgferreiro.
@kati_frantz oh thanks kati. Simplicity is my #1 motto. I really hate complex and difficult tools. Can't wait to see you all the cool stuff you are building
It looks like a great tool! Quick feedback - I'm immediately suspect of any tool that doesn't list pricing easily on its page. I don't see a pricing page after clicking around, or anything showing the pricing plans, so it's hard for me to gauge if this is meant for more serious businesses, or if it would be useful for something like my side project newsletter.
@singh_ankur Thanks so much, Ankur! Which growth challenges are u facing at your current project? I saw you are about to launch soon, curious to get your thoughts on our waitlist system.
Congratulations on the launch of ZooTools Panda! It sounds like you've put a lot of thought into creating a referral marketing tool that addresses the shortcomings of existing solutions.
@saasfellow Yeah!!! That's exactly the whole reason why I built ZooTools Panda. I'm super curious, have you run any referral marketing campaigns before? What has being the biggest challenges?
@hugo_pochet1 Thanks, Hugo! By templates you mean different form layouts to choose from?
Yes! We're planning on creating content on viral loops, and growth hacks (in fact this PH launch is one of the experiments to document).
You can get updates: https://form.waitlistpanda.com/g...
What are the kinds of content or good practices you want to learn? Give me examples and share ideas so I can take that into account.
I've used Zootools for two separate campaign launches at buildspace.so and can confirm that the waitlists worked incredibly well both times generating thousands of new subscribers and users for our platform. My favorite part is the referral function. We had multiple instances where a user that was invited to our waitlist by another user who discovered it went on to invite hundreds of people to join the campaign.
Really excited to see @jgferreiro take this to the next level. Zootools is an absolute must have in your arsenal if you work in growth, BD or marketing - especially for web3 companies.
Love how you've focused on extensibility and integrations, @jgferreiro.
In abstract, it makes sense to focus on building amazing single-player tools but I can't help but think there's a networked component here that makes ZooTools more useful as you scale.
What's next on the roadmap?
@rrhoover Thanks, Ryan!
That's exactly the vision I had since day one with ZooTools: build focused and delightful SAAS tools, that work really well together but anybody can use them independently. Like Hubpost, but marketers actually love it.
I see five main areas for the roadmap:
* Public API -> We already have it, but it's only for a few users. Should improve docs + implement token management. Mobile users LOVE and request this A LOT.
* Analytics (soon) -> Help you to see your leaderboard and insights of your top users. Rn users export CSV + use a tool like Tableau (but non-technical folks have 0 visibility on their subscribers).
* Teams: We're starting to onboard larger teams with devs + marketers using ZooTools Panda. Rn, there is an ugly way to collaborate (using email instead of SSO), so we should offer a native solution.
* Emailing: Automating email updates (# of referrals, goals, etc). Users are forced to use a third-party tool and make the process less convenient + we can leverage our referrals into this channel too.
* Rewards: Give our users a catalog of rewards, and automate how they issue those rewards.
💭 Extending the question to you. If you were me, which 2/3 features would you prioritize or include in the list? I love your book btw, so u know how to trigger humans hehe
