I signed up for a 7-day free trial with 10Web.ai, which was supposed to give me a risk-free chance to explore their platform. I was certain I canceled my subscription on time and even received a confirmation. Yet, to my shock, I was charged £100 the very next day! This company is a complete scam.
The platform itself is garbage. It’s slow, unresponsive, and freezes constantly. Trying to make even the smallest changes to my website was an absolute nightmare. If you value your time, do NOT waste it on this mess.
Customer service was absolutely awful. I messaged them within the hour in shock at how much I have been charged and they still refused a refund, The agent I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They made me feel like I was the problem instead of addressing the clear issue with their site and . It was infuriating and emotionally draining.
