Bookline is a virtual assistant that picks up the phone to handle reservations at restaurants, dental clinics or any other business that uses an agenda. Think of it as a reverse Google Duplex.
I have tried it in various restaurant bookings here in Barcelona, many restaurants use the system to guarantee that the phone is always answered. It works very good. It's fast, the voices are fluent and overlall it's easy to interact with.
Told us we'd booked a table on Wednesday for 5:30 on Saturday.
Messages us at 10pm on Friday night to say there is no availability.
Weekend ruined. Absolute joke of a system.
