Center for Humane Technology is a platform that is designed to help people get rid of their technology addiction. Easy tools can be found to quickly reduce the stress that having technology with you 24/7! Great initiative
Compelling story and message. Easy to implement tips to take back control. Can highly recommend people to do so
All of these tips make sense to me, some of them I had already implemented intuitively. As applications become increasingly intrusive, I expect more and more people to adopt some of these practices. I, for one, will start forwarding friends and family to the Center for Humane Technology from now on!
