Circle is the world’s leading all-in-one platform for online communities. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand.
I like the platform itself so far, but I really need to complain about the tech support. - They are the slowest among any tech services that I have seen. I really I'm not used to their speed of replying to your emails and solving problems. I needed to have a test community deleted in order to set up my new one. It's sort of an urgent matter, and it took them more than 72 hours to complete...
Circle is clunky and awful for members to use.
It only has an app for Apple, not Android - they keep saying the Android app is coming. Even Apple users found it awkward. My 400+ member community declined because of the challenges with using the program.
Avoid.
If you have any problems, customer service help just ignore you. You'll need to email them around 6 times to get any response
We switched our small community for watch collectors from Slack to Circle in March this year. The all-in-one package is definitely convincing. I haven't been as impressed with a tool as I am with Circle for a long time.
Unfortunately, there is one major point of criticism for me and my community: the chat feature is simply not at the same level as the rest. In contrast to modern messengers, Circle is unfortunately still lagging far behind. I hope they will improve this feature asap.
