What is Lopeer?

Lopeer is a Hybrid Neobank that combines Traditional Banking with Cryptocurrency. We enable Africans to Send and receive money globally, Save, Pay Bills and spend with Virtual Dollar Cards. Africa is young and there are over 200+ Million banked & underserved young people in Africa. These young people have aspirations & financial needs that are outside the purview of traditional banking and this is why we are building Lopeer to offer flexible banking services to the young population in Africa.

Nice product! and congrats on launching! Can I send money from Germany using my Credit Card or PayPal? For the virtual dollar card, I believe I can use this to manage my TV subscriptions. If so, can I set a monthly limit on the card?
