I have bought several dresses from queenly and every thing went smooth. This time the dress was trashed dirty, cut out liner, etc. I asked for a refund. It has been a horrible experience trying to get this taken care of. 2 weeks later finally got refund. And now my Afterpay has been charged again. Impossible to reach anyone. Takes days for response.
