I do not trust this company. I've been working to obtain a refund for nearly 2 months, and they have yet to refund me. Their billing and subscription practices are deceptive. Be weary and careful with this company. The actual product and output was poor in my opinion and didn't drive any meaningful value.

Same company, another cash grab. Beware guys, the CEO has already abandoned his previous project AdYouNeed and scammed us all. He can do the same to this SaaS as well.

I really wanted to stay out of this, but this company has gone too far. I feel like I was slapped in the face by Tufan and his team. - He has stopped Adyouneed - He has promised it will be live again since 1.06 (it is not yet) - On 1.06 I got a message that I can join his testing team - I have applied and no news (apart of saying that over 8000 has applied and they will work with 50) - I am waiting for a reply to my message for over 2 weeks - no one in customer service has come back to me - I keep getting emails about this Producthunt launch of AdCreative, and nothing concrete about what I have paid for... What Tufan and his team has done to their customers is ugly. Adyouneed at the beginning was also praised and now we have been deserted. How could anyone do this? Please be cautious everybody!

Read NEGATIVE Reviews! They have create an app previously (Adyouneed: 1,6* on ProductHunt), ABANDONED it and moved to this one - . They are putting the blame on 3rd party companies, and yet there are NUMEROUS companies that work with Facebook and Google advertising with success. They Have run with our money and soon will do the same to you! They previously also used the TACTIC of FREE Advertising Money for reviews. THEY ARE PROMISSING REWARDS FOR REVIEWS. Do not be a part of it. INTERNET WILL REMEMER THAT YOU TOOK PART IN THIS! How can PRODUCTHUNT work with them again?

Arnaqueurs! Après la période d’essai, ils m’ont prélevé instantanément plus de 200€ pour un abonnement payant que je n’ai jamais utilisé. Après les avoir contacté par mail, ils m’ont promis un remboursement dans un mail qui paraissait automatique. Rien ne s’est passé pendant plusieurs semaine! J’ai été obligé de les recontacter une 2e fois pour qu’ils engagent enfin un remboursement. Cela va faire un mois que JE N’AI TOUJOURS RIEN REÇU malgré les promesses. Leur communication est désastreuses, pas de réponses sur Instagram ni sur Twitter. En regardant les avis, j’ai vu que je n’étais pas le seul à avoir ce problème. Il va falloir sérieusement songer à changer de méthode.

Terrible scamming company, charged over 700 in charges within a month of signing up for free trial, cancelling the same day when I realised it was terrible for what I wanted, and I was still charged over 230-290 3 SEPERATE TIMES THAT MONTH. Huge scammers. Claimed a month ago they were refunding me, still nothing. They’ve done this before. There’s now an entire website to warn everyone please don’t listen to the 5 star reviews that are paid to leave them. 😔

I am an affiliate of this "UNPROFESSIONAL & SNEAKY" affiliate program. It has been over two months, and I have still not been paid my commission. The representative, whoever he is, is so... ugh. I have more choice words to say about these con artists, but I will keep it brief. Late on payment. They send you a message telling you: "Oh, our payment processor is messed up this month." "Oh, we only pay 60 days until initial payment." (PASS 60 DAYS FOR ME) "Oh, we pay at the end of the month." (MISSED PAYING ME FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS) I have reached out to this guy named Pierre, and always the same thing. How often must an affiliate reach out for payment, especially when the LEAD THEY BOUGHT pay on time? Show them pictures of missed payments, of payments saying they paid but NEVER DID, and you just get ignored. They are such BSers, and they seem to be unashamed, seeing the many other negative reviews. I am beginning to think they paid for the good reviews. Unprofessional and sneaky as all hell.

Run! as many have said the MO here is to invest in products, collect the money and run, rinse repeat. I am sure Tufan will change his name soon (Gaurav Henry?? ) and come up with more buzz to rip people off. DO not support this company, just check adyouneed for more information. A lot of people have gone into more detail here but note that this is a founder without focus or morals, he will get bored soon and will start a new project with zero regard for your investment in time and money.

It looked OK & gave it a trial and decided not to use it. Now I keep getting spam even though I have contacted Tufan , the owner, of the company twice. I cannot get off their spam list!
