As someone who just started a newsletter 10 days ago, beehiiv has been incredibly helpful. The dashboard is well-designed, and the features are well-thought. I really appreciate the polls as they help me know what my readers like. The A/B testing for the titles is super useful. The reports are great. I haven't tested the Magic Links, Referral Program, and Monetization features yet, but I can't wait.
Great work beehiiv team!
let me tell you, their verification process straight up sucks for users. It's like they don't even care about our convenience, it's just all about giving us a hard time.
Great product, fast and responsive customer service. Great for big audiences (we have 80,000+ subscribers)
One issue: emails are not displayed properly on tablets. Would love to see this issue addressed!
Sorry beehiiv, you're awesome but I've sent 3 support tickets and thus far got zero replies.
Software is great but I've had urgent issues and no support, so if something doesn't work for you, good luck figuring it out yourself.
Also, the email flows/automations are limited to 30 day time frames, so we can't import our flows and are currently paying for 2 softwares.
I made my first website in 2005 and jumped on the newsletter bandwagon in 2012 in a corporate gig; I've used many products. My past workings include Apple (iBooks/iBooks Author). I say this to say: Beehiiv is my second favorite brand, closely behind Apple. The community is incredible. The folks behind the brand are genuine and are the type of individuals that you can do real-world life with. I'll go to bat for the bees. Always. Thank you for helping me both personally (beehiiv has helped my health of mind) and professionally (I like making money with beehiiv).
Beehiiv is super simple and easy to use, making it perfect for creating a side business while having fun. The platform is constantly releasing new features at a blistering pace. It offers excellent tools for monetization, analytics, segmentation, and automation. Simply the best platform out there!
I moved to Beehiiv mainly because substack was becoming too social-media-like for my preferences. I find that Beehiiv is a little trickier to use and is a little more limited, but has less social interaction.
