We had been trying to build a community with our customers for years. Within a matter of weeks of implementing Bind, what was essentially a dead discord chat became a thriving community where users were more willing to engage. It has been a few months now so still early days but prelim figures are showing a modest, yet noticeable reduction in churn rate and a big jump in satisfaction and engagemnet across the board. Super happy with the product and the Bind team have been really responsive the whole journey.
