I bought the Bird Buddy for Christmas to see what all the hype was about—even though I’m not an avid bird watcher. After using it for a month, I was pleasantly surprised and decided to pick up the PRO version as well. The device captures some truly entertaining photos of birds (yes, their butts, too), which always make me laugh and help relieve stress.
I ran into a few issues with the postcard feature, but the Bird Buddy tech support team provided a thorough explanation, complete with graphs and all the necessary details. They clearly have a talented group working there. As an engineer who’s worked on numerous projects, this experience sparked my creativity—something I haven’t felt in a while.
My only wish is that their support team would respond more quickly and that they’d offer a better phone support system. However, considering the busy holiday season, it’s clear they’re doing their best to resolve everyone’s issues. Overall, I hope this review inspires someone else to try the Bird Buddy and join in on the fun of watching those hilarious bird butts!
