Very easy way to capture bug reports for web-based systems. Reduces need for Datadog RUM and for Loom in company.

Bird Eats Bug is a bad ass browser extension which allows our team members (and customers) to create bug reports by using the Bird Eats Bug screenshot and screen recording tools. Bird Eats Bug captures console, errors, network, and other data from the browser, and even generates playwright and cypress scripts to help with test writing.
Great product all around in terms of features and design. Love the branding.
It's expensive, but so are bugs.
The advertised price is quite expensive for early stage. I wish it was purely usage based instead of charging for team members (you'd think they'd want as many team members using the product as possible — for word-of-mouth marketing. You want all team members in an org to understand the value of your product, so they tell their associates and future teams.
