I am amazed at how AI can be used for customer service. It is helpful for any business as social proof is very important. A customer who is happy with your communication is a happy customer! :-)

Congratulations on the update! But tell me as a user who is not familiar with your product. Where can I apply it? Tell me very specifically. On the website or in a telegram group? Or will he replace Tech support? And what is it for? Simple examples please.
We are ready to build chatbots (aka conversational automations) for the Website and Whatsapp channels. Support (horizontal, tech or non-tech) and lead-gen in the first instance. More channels (Facebook, Instagram and Voice) will be added later.
