ChatNode 2.0: A Game-Changer for Small Businesses
I missed out on the LTD for ChatNode, so Iāve been using it as a regular customer for a while now, and the launch of ChatNode 2.0 brings some awesome new features and integrations that unlock even more possibilities. For small businesses, the Lite plan is perfectā2 chatbots, plenty of credits, and itās great for boosting lead generation. The Free plan is still super generous with 1 chatbot and 35 credits, so you can try it out with no risk. Definitely worth exploring and comparing to other chatbots on the market!
I tried it and compared to other chatbots like Chatbase or Newoaks it does not work as good. No Bulk Import of Urls in a List. Pricing is way to high for what it offers. Also I saw they did a Lifetime Deal on Appsumo and also a private one for their Agency Plan. They now just say this was not sustainable and they can not offer what was promised. So be careful to put it into production cause they might just change the Terms and you have invested lots of time to set everything up and then they up charge you. They say it was all talked about with Appsumo but they ignore the Private Desl
complete and made a lot of people Angry. If they treat people in the past like this they most likely do it again. Trust is hart to regain. So i suggest to look somewhere else if you want a solution you can build your business upon.
It still needs a lot of work, and support is a bit slow. Pricing tier especially is too high looking at what offer, and when looking at competitors who offer a better product for less, such as Chatbase or Cody
Hi Jaco! Thanks for sharing your feedback! Weāll definitely use it to make improvements where needed. Our pricing is based on the costs required to keep things stable and growing. Every product has its own unique strengths, and we believe ours stands out with the features we offer. We appreciate your input and are committed to giving the best experience possible.
I have been using it for quite some time for my company in customer service and I am happy with the service it is offering. It has a lot of potential and I hope that in future updates they will be able to expand its functions. In short, you will get very good results and its interface is simple and easy to use.
The idea of AI chatbots for businesses remains promising. ChatNode's execution leaves much to be desired. Its user interface feels hastily assembled and lacks the polish expected from a premium service.
Customer support is another significant letdown. Response times that stretch into days are simply unacceptable for a tool that's meant to streamline business operations.
The pricing structure is equally disheartening. ChatNode appears to be charging top dollar for features that are offered by competitors at far more reasonable rates. It gives the impression of a company more focused on maximizing profits than delivering value to its customers.
Given these shortcomings I'd be hesitant to recommend ChatNode.
