They promised a guaranteed return on my investment but after investing my life savings, I got nothing in return. They seemed legitimate at first, but it was all a scam. Stay away from coinstats. I've been trying to get my funds out for months. Apparently i had a wallet pin set which i never set myself. In order to take out my funds I need the wallet pin. I contacted them to help me reset the wallet pin. They keep sending me links to reset it but they don't work. After 2 months they said something wrong with the account so they need my wallet address to send me the funds. I've sent it to them but I've been ignored ever since. There seem to be only 2 people working for them and they are absolutely useless. Stay clear they are scammers.

The product doesn't work! I attached my api keys and its not taking my cost basis for each coin. I've been reaching out to the customer service team and they are barley responsive and not helpful. I get one reply back every 7 days. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had crypto with this App but it got hacked in June 2024 (due to an internal staff error) and I lost it all. They have sent no updates and the email address they have set-up to “support” the 1590 users effected does not reply. Would definitely not recommend. They say they are working through a process to determine how to return the funds, but it’s pretty obvious it was a breech at their end and they need to reimburse the users. Totally disgusting.
