Awesome tool providing instant detailed information & access to the ever-changing payments and compliance landscape
When I was told we were doing this, I thought, "Now that is a great idea." We are often asked compliance questions with all sorts of detail levels, like "What are the rules for merchants engaging in internet gambling transactions according to Mastercard?" or "What are the customer service requirements for Visa card issuers?" The conversational context provided by GPT-4 is awesome and helps users, including myself, to engage the Genie naturally.
Personally, I have been using this tool to help answer my prospects' questions at the level of detail they want and referencing the actual pages when prompted.
