We started using ConvertFlow as an alternative to Gravity Forms since it would give us more details about each form filled out. It offers better looking and more intelligent forms that collect the data we need to make better sales decisions. The fact that it integrates with Active Campaign lets us put that data to use in automated marketing campaigns. Customer support is excellent as well, fast and knowledgable.
