Hi Daniel, thanks for the feedback and questions.
So, we've got 2 major interviews:
1. 30-min call with our HR where we check communication skills and English
2. 1-1.5h call with one of our tech experts to check tech stack knowledge and other staff. For each vertical, we have a dedicated person whom we trust to make this decision regarding qualification and level of experience.
We haven't developed grades yet. But I think we will move in this direction soon.
I have been working with Expertremote around 1 year as a backend developer and all this time I have a positive feelings. They provided me a great project fit by my skills and supported me with any kind of issues.

We started by reselling other agencies. But when 7-8 months ago our talent sourcing engine started to work properly, we stopped with the agencies. And work only with individual developers directly.
One of the reasons is additional costs, obviously. But the other reason was really poor quality. When we switched from agencies to our own talent pool, our client satisfaction rate significantly increased, that amazed us tbh.
I have been fortunate to work with @alex_chepovoi and @alex_dyadischev for a long time and I have never seen such dedicated and reliable guys. I truly believe that they will deliver great product.
