i have downloaded at least 50 smart scheduling softwares over the last few months and flowsavvy easily takes the cake.
i needed a tool that was MacOS and iOS compatible
i needed to be able to schedule recurring tasks
i needed the calendar to reschedule itself if something was missed or completed early
i needed priority ranking and efficient scheduling based on that ranking
flowsavvy does all of this and more.
i recently accidentally deleted my entire calendar and all my scheduled to-do's (on a sunday morning to make things worse). the peeps at flowsavvy were replying to my emails within minutes and were exceptionally kind and helpful. that alone should sell you on this app.
honestly, my only complaint is the overall aesthetic and feel of the app. it feels clunky and dated. but realistically, that means little in light of how this tool has made daily scheduling and planning as a freelancer a BREEZE.
You can see it's a young company, the UI is not the best or most intuitive. However, the planning algorithm is top-notch compared to other (paid) tools! This is the only tool where you can freely set priorities, load balance, dependencies, etc.
So far, I'm using it as daily driver now and with my new Linear->FlowSavvy integration, I'm really happy with this workflow!
Lucas! I love the fact that you're on a team with your brother. (and I love the color coding and ability to recalculate with Flowsavvy) but I was curious what your roadmap looks like in terms of integrations beyond google calendar? I'm primarily on google but have a few others as well on microsoft
This is such a small yet significant idea to help people block their time and be productive. I've always thought of trying out time blocking to get things done but didn't proceed much with that.
Tried the Flowsavvy app and it does a good work in blocking the time and rescheduling when required. Also, color coding helps.
The onboarding and interactive process was easy and clear. Kudos to that.
The UI is kinda similar to Google Calendar and easy to navigate.
Just a small suggestion with UI. The newly added time block sticks to the left side of the day instead of being in the middle (symmetric). Not sure if this same with Google Calendar but just thought of conveying it.
Congratulations on the launch, Lucas.
Time-blocking is such a common use case but doing it manually is so tedious and (ironically) itself quite time-consuming! Automating this step makes so much sense (and actually will save you time and mental overhead) 👍
FlowSavvy is such a cool product - wishing you lots of success!
Congratulations on the launch of FlowSavvy! It's great to see an app that can help users to automatically plan their schedules better and in a fraction of the time. The ability to automatically build schedules based on tasks from a to-do list and events from a calendar is a fantastic feature that will save users time and effort. The automatic workload balancing feature is a great addition that will help users to avoid procrastination. The ability to recalculate the entire schedule with just one click is a great feature that will help users to stay on track. The inclusion of repeating events and tasks is a great addition that will help users develop flexible habits. The color-coded tasks feature is a fantastic addition that will help users to prioritize their tasks based on their due dates. It's great to see that there is a free version of the app that includes limited access to every feature. I'm excited to see how this app evolves in the future and how it can continue to benefit users. Keep up the great work!🎉🎉🎉
I've watched the FlowSavvy team take customer feedback for months and continuously turn it into feature improvements. They have built an incredible app that is so easy to use.
Super cool! I want to use this, but I'm concerned about the permissions that are given for Google Calendar. Do you need to be able to share peoples' calendars? And Delete their calendars?
