This website is a SCAM, you will never get your image upscaled, it will tell you to wait in line 10 minutes and serve you ads in that time nothing else, ads on scroll, ads on right click, just don't go there.

It does in fact upscale your image. I didn't count how much time it took with a chronometer, but it isn't more than ten minutes, and I am OK with that! The service is worth it.
Does what it says on the tin, very effective tool for what it's designed for - much better than most of the alternatives. Only downside is the wait time and the aggressive pop-up ads, but the wait time is understandable and the ads can be easily mitigated.
