Is there a way to modify the Frigade NPS component to create a CES (customer effort score) survey, reducing the score range to 1-5 (instead of 1-10)? Also, it would be useful to customize the labels in spanish.

Frigade gave our engineers and designer onboarding superpowers.
We needed a new user multi-step registration flow and a guided tour encouraging targeted interactions across multiple routes that were complex with custom designs and worked out of the box. Frigade delivered that and much more. We're taking advantage of the ability to show specific flows to a targeted audience for informative tooltips when notifying existing users of new features and several other use cases.
Overall the experience has been great and I would highly recommend Frigade to anyone that's looking to plug onboarding and informative interactions into existing systems.

Product onboarding is a very complex feature. And building it internally can take some time. It's amazing to find a tool like Frigade that does one thing and does it right. We've been exploring it at Sirdab, and we plan to use it very soon!
