Grains app is not stable. It will lock you out and they have no way to communicate with them. I had a grain amount and I couldn’t sign in for 4 months and they charged the account off while I was paying them. They are unethical and not recommended. I am starting a class action lawsuit
This app is by far the worse! You can’t change your banking information, you can’t talk to no one! At all!! And they charge you late fees all because you can’t speak with no one and it’s their fault! I lost my card and can’t change it because I can’t speak with no one now my credit is jacked up all because of Grain. I wished I would of never been bothered with it worst mistake ever.
It was easy to sign up, they inlinked my payment and signed me out the app i am unable to log back in haven’t been able to speak with anyone customer service is just a recording and has you hitting different number just to end up goin back to the main menu

What this company does not tell you is, how they are keeping personal information and not allowing you to pay your credit bill. This company has kept over 100 people personal information including, SSN, Addresses, DOB, Bank Accts and most of all dropping individuals credits tremendously. I have requested to make a payment to this company & I was blocked. Grain will kick people out of the system by unlinking the bank accts to make payments and drop the customer's credit point. I was able to reach my 700s and Grain has dropped my credit to 500s. I am in emotional distress. I have tried to talk with serval people to look into this matter. This is one company that does not need to go any further in life. Lying to people just to make living bad. I have a growing business and tried to apply for a Business Credit and was advised of what Grain has did. I am not unable to have a business credit due to this matter also. Please look up this company. Taking people information and blocking people to have access to their personal life information is the worst a company can do.
Do not use this company. They charge a late fee when you have automatic payment (even when there’s money in your bank account), I explained this to customer service via email, 4 days later a response but no action, still charged me a late fee. Tried to pay off account and close it but held my payment for 5 days so they can charge me the annual fee which I had no idea that there was an annual fee. This is the most shadiest company I’ve ever been with and they had the nerve to lower my limit when I barely used it! Bad bad bad! Don’t do business with this company!!
