Tastes bad doesnt mix well. Sandy texture. Tried to cancel and even though they email me all the they say cant find account under my email address. I throw it out.
kencko is an extremely practical way to consume more fruits and vegetables on the go, there are a lot of different flavors to choose from and they can be mixed with lots of different liquids that result in different flavors, so the possibilities are endless. My personal favorite are golds with soy yogurt, yellows with water, and purples with almond milk.
nice variety of flavors, and as convenient as advertised. i really like drinking a smoothie in the morning before going for a run or to the gym for a little hit of energy, and it's nice knowing that i'm adding fruits and vegetables to my diet at the same time.
