The idea itself is good but the team must be short staffed because CS has been subpar. I'm paying for the monthly subscription but one of my friends in the contact list hasn't been getting the emails. They said it must be a problem from his end, but it clearly isn't because he gets all the other emails from letterloop. You'd think if I'm a paying user, they'd be able to figure out a simple problem like someone not getting the email but unfortunately after 2 months, they still haven't been able to fix this.
If this problem persists, I might just ditch this service and make a similar flow. After all, it shouldn't be hard to just collect answers and send the emails once a month.
Pleaseeeee fix this problem!

I look forward to receiving the letterloop every month. It's easily one of the highlights of each month. Thank you for making such a great service and for a great customer service as well!
