I found out about the Letterloop when searching on ProductHunt. It's a great concept, a great way to share your recent updates with your close friends and families, no matter where they are.
I love this product. I've been using it since last September to keep up with my college friends. It's like a mixture of a journal and a social network. Definitely works best with people who like to write.
The idea itself is good but the team must be short staffed because CS has been subpar. I'm paying for the monthly subscription but one of my friends in the contact list hasn't been getting the emails. They said it must be a problem from his end, but it clearly isn't because he gets all the other emails from letterloop. You'd think if I'm a paying user, they'd be able to figure out a simple problem like someone not getting the email but unfortunately after 2 months, they still haven't been able to fix this.
If this problem persists, I might just ditch this service and make a similar flow. After all, it shouldn't be hard to just collect answers and send the emails once a month.
Pleaseeeee fix this problem!

I have been using Letterloop for almost a year with two friend groups. I'm simply loving it! Our connection grows deeper with every issue we share. There's no other way to build such authentic and deep relationships with people who live far from each other. Highly recommended, it is going to make your life meaningful!
