Anecdotally, Lume has been fantastic for helping me manage stress. It beautifully highlights how deeply connected our mental state and physical health are, making it easier to understand and manage both. Highly recommend everyone give it a try!
Looks like a good app, nice UI, but why would the Lume App Benefits be paywalled? I would have thought that's one thing that the user wouldn't benefit from knowing before making a purchase decision.
