Hi there, really nice concept. I'm trying to test it with the free account, but I'm stuck at the "Scheduling space" step since 16th April .... I've just delete my space and recreate one, but same thing.
Do you have any idea to help me ?
It's good but the AI integrated with it does not do what's expected from it and also in the linux version there are a hell lot of missing packages and permissions, I hope the developers will fix it ASAP, rest my experience and the quality served by neverinstall is undoubtedly top-in-class.
using this since January, lots of issues about bugs every month especially when updating products, and now i haven't opened spaces on singapore server since yesterday
Why do they have a customer service feature if they never use it or respond to issues?
Then their customer service team goes on a weekend break and their app is broken so I have to wait till they get back.
Let's also not talk about the annoying auto scrolling.
Great product all in all but their poor customer service grinds my gears.
Apologies for the experience. We do respond to users even though we don't have customer support on weekends. We are trying our best to scale up and give the best experience possible. We also have an active Discord community. Many user queries have been answered by the community.
