Ngrok is multiplatform tunneling, reverse proxy software that establishes secure tunnels from a public endpoint such as internet to a locally running network service while capturing all traffic for detailed inspection and replay.
Easy to subscribe, fine to use at start. However, impossible to unsubscribe. Utter garbage. I canceled my ngrok subscription, I then completely deleted my NGROK account and they still keep charging my card. What must be done to get rid of these pests? Now I am forced to make a new card just because these pests have my card details.
Awful service, can't even have a demo with my customers because they are banning accounts, suspecting me in phishing. It's an easy task to save every response from the proxied service to see that it can't be a phishing website. I must add that their banning policy is forever, u have to write an email, to wait about 4 hours for a response that is explaining you why u have been banned, without any investigation process or help
