Honestly there was no zero star so giving 1 rating, I am using this app and service and I tell you it is pathetic, even when I and my hospital has uploaded all the related documents and the physical verification is done, still they are asking for the same documents and its been more than a month now.
And whenever I ask them about the Claim settlement, they (ONSURITY) come up with documents pending, they never up-frontally tell us the documents until we mail them.
Moreover, they are so mannerless the so called GOOD-DOCTORS when we are agitated they say no point in talking to you and try to hang up, I doubt they are even qualified Dr's.
It feels very harassing to follow up with them every now and then, and getting through the customer is a different task all together. I strongly recommend please change your insurance provider as ONSURITY is very pathetic and a harassment to get claim settled.
