I always try to incorporate multiple models and nodes in my workflow for various different usecases like faceswap, flux model, instant Id, Tooncrafter, background remove, Insta Depth, all useful in it's own way and all available in one place these is such a time saver and creativity boost as you don't need to worry about the tech side and just focus on the image generation part, which was always been a problem for me when using ComfyUI these saves time and is very optimised and doesn't break at all and quickly can deploy to any of my project!!
