I think we won't see any non-Chatgpt chatbots soon, so its only natural. I think Pulsedesk is a great product as it's on the simple side of things - easy to setup and operate. Best of luck!
There are some products like this in my collection, I think it's a great idea to implement such a product in support service. I will compare and definitely try it in our first business

Not to sure if this project was abandoned or if support is just not a thing with this comapny I used it for my business for about 7 months which worked great btw and now I have no way to properly close tickets due to an internal error on the web app. I tried contacting well over seven times via email but never once I received a response. Unfortunately it was a bad investment smh.
A very convenient system for automating work with tickets. One of the coolest features is ChatGPT: you can briefly describe your thought, and the AI will generate a detailed response that you can edit. The product has a user-friendly interface and plenty of integration options which is also amazing.
