Unfortunately, a lot of bugs that do not allow me to use this app in production. Charged money for the PRO subscription, subscription is not applied, sad. Support useless, they say: "It works on my machine", lol. The subscription price is tricky, because the minimum number of seats is two, even though I don't need two. Fell for the prices and gave me a headache for a couple of days. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Looking for another alternative.

Outstanding tool, I have personally used this tool & it's features and it really improves the communication between designers, developers & project managers and also provide the transparency to clients which makes it most useful and efficient tool to use. Also, it has so many various features - which improve the work quality at reasonable price.

Love this tool, its simple, easy to use and saves loads and loads of time.

UX isn't as intuitive, sadly. I had to use it with my projects with other teams, and they didn't know how to use it compared to other tools we used in the past. Good price though.

Been using ruttl for almost year now and I can easily that say it has reduced the feedback process time drastically, would recommend this to everyone who's been struggling with managing tons of feedback emails. 10/10

I've been following Ruttl from the beginning and it's great how far the product has come. It's amazing to see a simple and clean way to have structured feedback and an effective bug tracking system. Awesome work guys!

Ruttl is good when it works, the issue is that we'd be using it and out of nowhere a new feature would be added but something else would break. The fix for this issue then takes weeks, or promises are made about when issues would be rectified and it takes constant following up to actually get an update. Features like custom domain and user permission management just break too, meaning that this isn't a tool ready for client facing work unless you are just starting out.

Earlier used to use google docs for sharing feedback with the dev team. After ruttl came to our live, feedback and collaboration have become much easier, faster, and clearer across the teams. This was the much-needed design dev collaboration tool. I highly recommended it.

Life-changing tool. As a designer, I used to share feedback via Google Docs, adding screenshots and context, which was very frustrating and time consuming. Thank God I found "RUTTL" which makes my life much easier and manages my time more effectively. Ruttl not only has the best features, but it is also very affordable and the customer support is great. Thank you to the team at Ruttl for such a great product.
