Samwell.ai is nothing but a waste of time and money. It struggles with even the simplest tasks, and navigating the confusing interface was a frustrating experience. Worse still, canceling the subscription is a nightmare, and customer service is practically non-existent. It honestly feels like they don’t care about the quality at all—like they hire con artists instead of professionals. I have no idea how this service is still in business. I would not recommend Samwell.ai to anyone.

The only thing I find it good is to create outlines. The content uses only a small part of the uploaded materials, repeating the same few ideas over and over again without getting to the point.

It’s advertised as a helpful tool for students, but in reality, it’s just a waste of time and money. The AI struggles with even simple tasks, and the interface is confusing to use. I also had issues with the subscription—they make it hard to cancel, and the customer service is terrible.
