It's clearly at a very early stage, but the Bot less nature is very attractive for note-taking in all environments without the impost of an agent video recording each meeting.
Of course that also allows it's use in face-to-face meetings as well.
I'm curious to see the product develop and how they overcome some of the downsides of a bot-less solution such as speaker names etc.
Shadow is a great and useful product. I spend most of my day in meetings and keeping up with notes and remembering what happened in which meeting is a challenge. Shadow unobtrusively creates a transcript, summary, and can extract todos. The Shadow team has consistently been adding features and is quick to respond to feedback. Definitely worth giving it a try.
