I have testet it for a while and feel it is too expensive for the value it brings.
- the AI output was often irrelevant. I got better and faster results working with ChatGPT directly.
- it seems to be very slow when loading or search for posts.
- the post scheduling feature works well, but I have a good one included in Canva already
Do I miss a killer feature that makes it worth it?
The customer service is inexistent. They don't bother assisting their paying customers with questions they have. They charge a fair penny yet don't care about answering questions. Software is lacking in many ways. They still have a long way to go.
As a customer of Taplio, I must express my disappointment with their service, particularly their lack of weekend support. In today's fast-paced business environment, issues can arise anytime, and having access to customer service only during weekdays is extremely limiting. This has caused frustration and affected my workflow, as I cannot address problems promptly.
Another concern is Taplio's usage of GPT-4 credits for simple comments. While I understand the benefits of incorporating advanced AI, it would be more practical to reserve these credits for creating posts and handling complex tasks where GPT-4 can truly shine. Allocating resources efficiently would enhance the overall value of Taplio's service.
In conclusion, although Taplio offers useful features for LinkedIn users, the limited customer service and inefficient use of GPT-4 resources leave much to be desired. I hope that Taplio takes these concerns into consideration and strives to improve their services for a better customer experience.
Taplio makes managing and posting to LinkedIn much easier. Some of the ideas for new posts are helpful, but not all of them. A bit clunky for multi-user/teams, but it's better than just using native LI.
Focuses on LinkedIn and does this very well. Great posting and engagement features that are dedicated to one platform and thus more nighty than just cross-posting tweets to LinkedIn.
