I love the ThriveDesk so much. It’s easy to use and user friendly also best choice who need to change his classic support system and get live-chat benefits in built. Also included many features like knowledge base and community, etc. But i am missing some features like others app integration, custom form build option etc. Hope they will add them soon.

WPPortal is the one-stop solution for all my customer support needs. It's really powerful and can handle a huge workload without any issues.
