If your vendor doesn't respect you and your valid concerns like not putting WATI branding and BACKLINK on our website are being disrespected. No point continuing with them. They voluntarily canceled our service mid way without giving us a chance to migrate out and sent a "We will miss you!" emailing mocking us as a customer. One cannot misuse the trust of a customer more than this. Our bad that we did not have a backup option ready, now we will.
