I think it depends on your target audience.
LinkedIn: Professional, Bigger Companies, CEOs, decision makers
Twitter: Young, Indie Hackers & Developers
I also find it hard on Twitter to identify the target audience, so the best thing would be to leverage LinkedIn for research and then move to Twitter.

I think it has to do with the transition from open-source, non-profit to a profit orientated company. The name "GPT" won't stick around for a long time imo and is hyped right now since it's known in the mainstream as the first AI based chat solution.
OpenAI is trying to trademark "GPT". What are your thoughts?
