I stay motivated by reminding myself that progress doesn't depend on motivation alone. Whether I'm feeling motivated or not, I make it a habit to push forward. My goal is to get a little better each day, to focus on improving my skills rather than wishing for fewer challenges. With the right mindset and skills, I believe you can turn any challenge into a learning opportunity or even a blessing.
How do you stay motivated during challenging times?

I've noticed that in the last few weeks and months, far fewer launches are getting featured on ProductHunt. It used to be that many products got a chance in the spotlight, but now it seems like there's only 12-20 launches featured daily.

Without marketing, it’s almost impossible to stand out these days. In the tech sector especially, competition is fierce, with new products and innovations popping up all the time. Marketing isn’t just about promoting your product—it’s about building a story around it, creating a connection with your audience, and earning their trust. What Are Your Reading Habits? (Books, Audiobooks, and Re-reads)
I love reading, but my habits can be a bit all over the place. I’ll start one book, get distracted by another, and jump between them. Other times, I’ll revisit a book multiple times or switch between reading and listening to it on Audible. I have quite a few unfinished books waiting for me.
What about you—how do you approach reading?
Do you stick to one book at a time, prefer audiobooks, or...

Here are a few strategies I’ve found effective:
1. Early Feedback Loops: Involve users early by running beta programs, surveys, or even simple polls to gauge interest and direction.
2. Community Engagement: Build a community around your product (forums, social media groups, or Discord) to give users a platform to share ongoing feedback.
3. Transparent Roadmaps: Sharing your product roadmap...

@neelptl2602.
Totally agree, they are annoying, but the question how do you define AI Comments?
It is annoying to see 100% generated AI comments, but the usage of AI to enhance comments and posts is totally fine, isn't it?
AI comments are so annoying 🥵

When a key teammate suddenly leaves mid-project, it can definitely feel overwhelming. I've been in similar situations, and one thing that really helps is stepping back for a moment to assess what’s within my control. I prioritize tasks that need immediate attention and break them down into smaller, manageable pieces. This helps me focus on action rather than the stress itself.
