I strongly recommend you invest into Miro. if you are looking for a good online whiteboard solution for your organisation. The lack of simple options e.g. to import templates onto a board. The lack of endless canvas, the lack of a keyboard shortcut for locking and unlocking objects means this solution has basic foundational holes.
